Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

At our discretion, we may approve a return in certain circumstances, subject to:

  • Product being returned within 7 days of purchase

  • Product being unused and in original condition

  • Product being in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase being provided

  • A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply

Freight/delivery charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders, special orders, and made-to-order products (including custom concrete sleepers, special turf orders, or non-stocked items) are strictly non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:

  • Has a major failure

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

  • Is unsafe

If you believe a product is faulty or damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Provide photos of the issue where possible

We may inspect the product before approving a refund or replacement.

Concrete & Landscaping Materials

Please note:

  • Variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of concrete and landscaping materials.

  • Efflorescence, minor chips, surface imperfections, and natural weathering are not considered faults.

  • Once products have been installed, laid, cut, or modified, they are not eligible for return or refund.

We strongly recommend inspecting all products prior to installation.

Equipment Hire

For hired equipment:

  • No refund will be provided for early return.

  • Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as hired.

  • Damage, misuse, or failure to refill fuel will incur additional charges.

  • Bond refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before booking may incur a cancellation fee.

Delivery

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and suitable site access.

  • Failed deliveries due to site access issues may incur redelivery fees.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
