Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, equipment hire, services and transactions with Complete Landscaping & Property Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing products or hiring equipment from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all goods sold and equipment hired.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
1.3 No variation to these Terms is binding unless agreed in writing.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received.
3. Orders & Cancellations
3.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
3.2 Custom, made-to-order, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production or ordering has commenced.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by weather, supplier delays, or transport issues.
4.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and suitable site access.
4.3 If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a redelivery fee may apply.
4.4 Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to site.
4.5 We are not responsible for damage to driveways, paths, landscaping, underground services, or property where delivery instructions are followed.
5. Product Information & Variations
5.1 Concrete and landscaping products may vary in colour, texture, finish, and size. These variations are natural and not considered defects.
5.2 Efflorescence, minor chips, hairline cracks, and weathering are not faults.
5.3 Product specifications may change without notice.
5.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods prior to installation. No claims will be accepted once products have been installed, cut, or modified.
6. Title & Risk
6.1 Ownership of goods remains with Complete Landscaping & Property Solutions until full payment is received.
6.2 Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
7. Equipment Hire Terms
7.1 Hire equipment must be returned in the same condition as supplied (fair wear and tear excepted).
7.2 Equipment must be returned clean and refuelled where applicable.
7.3 The hirer is responsible for all loss or damage during the hire period.
7.4 The hirer must not misuse, modify, or allow unauthorised persons to operate equipment.
7.5 No refund is provided for early return.
7.6 Late returns will incur additional hire charges.
7.7 The hirer is liable for repair or replacement costs due to damage, misuse, theft, or negligence.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

Refund of the purchase price
8.2 We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of income or business interruption

Installation costs or third-party expenses
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Returns & Refunds
9.1 All returns are subject to our Refund Policy.
9.2 Change of mind returns are not guaranteed and may incur restocking fees.
9.3 Custom and special-order products are non-refundable.
10. Warranties
10.1 Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
10.2 Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.
10.3 We are not responsible for incorrect installation or use outside manufacturer guidelines.
11. Website & Online Orders
11.1 We strive to ensure all website information is accurate; however, errors may occur.
11.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.
11.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
12. Privacy
12.1 We collect and use personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
12.2 Customer information will not be sold or shared without consent unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
